Allele C is not associated with trough concentration of tacrolimus in people with Kidney Transplantation and Transplantation.

This study was attempting to validate reported variants and tacrolimus trough concentration in a large population of African American and European American kidney transplant patients. Authors described association as suggestive in the EA population but it did not survive multiple testing correction. Direction of effect not stated. This is a proxy for rs1800796.
