There were no CC homozygotes observed. "Patients with TC alleles of c-Myc rs4645962 required a 30% dose reduction compared with patients carrying TT alleles."

    Study Cohort: Patients after mechanical heart valve replacement with stable warfarin dose defined as the mean daily dose when an international normalized ratio (INR) of 2–3 for at least three consecutive times was maintained.
