Genotypes CC + CT are not associated with response to lansoprazole, omeprazole or rabeprazole in people with Helicobacter Infections as compared to genotype TT.
No significant difference in the percentage of patients who failed Helicobacter pylori (H. pylori) treatment were seen between the two genotype groups. Patients were also given amoxicillin and clarithromycin, and were treated for 1 week.
