Annotation of rs3184504
Allele T is not associated with response to hydrochlorothiazide in people with Hypertension as compared to allele C.
Not significant when using Bonferroni-corrected alpha of 0.0014. Response was assessed by change in diastolic blood pressure (DBP) after 9 weeks of treatment.

Population description
Study Cohort: Pharmacogenomic Evaluation of Antihypertensive Responses (PEAR). p-value for association with change in DBP, adjusted for baseline blood pressure and other variables.
Note: Alleles in PharmGKB are mapped to the positive chromosomal strand. Therefore, variants in genes on the "minus" strand (eg. VKORC1) are complemented in PharmGKB annotations.
