Submit Other Data

If you have phenotype-related data that you cannot or do not wish to submit in the standard format described for phenotype data submissions, you can still submit these data to PharmGKB. These data may include aggregated, pooled, summary, or combined phenotype data. Information of this type will not be extensively curated by PharmGKB staff, but will be uploaded to our site for display to our users in the format in which you provide it (must be Microsoft Office format or PDF).

These data will be associated with a literature publication, a PharmGKB curated phenotype file or a PharmGKB generic dataset. For an example of a generic dataset, please see Effects of Pravastatin on Mouse Liver. If you wish to submit phenotype data of this type to PharmGKB, please contact us.
