Submit Sample Set Information

PharmGKB allows submitters to upload a sample set for future reference without submitting genotypes at the same time. Submitting sample sets alone (without genotypes) to PharmGKB via Excel templates can be broken down into these steps:

  1. Download and complete the required Sample Set Excel template for your sample set.
  2. Go to the Submit tab and click the "shortcut to submit sample set" link.
  3. Give the sample set a title.
  4. Upload the Excel file.
  5. Click the Upload button.
