Attributes
pharmgkbId

A unique identifier assigned by the PharmGKB (the PharmGKB Accession Id). This attribute is used to refer to data that is already in the PharmGKB and is only supplied when editing or adding to such data. See the FAQ for details.

localId

A unique identifier for this element assigned by the submitter. The only rule it must follow is that no two XML elements can be assigned the same localId within a single XML document. See the FAQ for details.

dnaSequence

This primer's DNA sequence in the 5' to 3' direction.

The sequence must be composed of A's, G's, C's, and T's.

annealingRegionInPrimer

The region in the primer that anneals to the reference sequence. The first base in the primer's sequence is position 1.

The start position is the 5'-most base position of the primer that anneals to the reference sequence, and the stop position is the 3'-most base position of the primer that anneals to the reference sequence.

annealingRegionInReferenceSequence

The region in the reference sequence that anneals to the primer. Positions are based on the coordinate system for the experiment.

The start position is the 5' most base position of the reference sequence that anneals to the primer, and the stop position is the 3'-most base position of the reference sequence that anneals to the primer.
