This element defines a set of features found on a reference sequence. Separate featureSet elements should be used to define alternative splicings of the same reference sequence.

pharmgkbId	A unique identifier assigned by the PharmGKB (the PharmGKB Accession Id). This attribute is used to refer to data that is already in the PharmGKB and is only supplied when editing or adding to such data. See the FAQ for details.
localId	A unique identifier for this element assigned by the submitter. The only rule it must follow is that no two XML elements can be assigned the same localId within a single XML document. See the FAQ for details.

note	A note.
submitter	This element's submitter.
name	This feature set's name.
feature	A feature (e.g. an exon, intron, etc.) in this feature set.
xref	A cross-reference to a resource with more information on this feature set.

Content validation performed on this element:

All exons in a feature set must maintain a consistent reading frame. When reading codons between adjacent exon regions, codons must not skip bases when crossing exon boundaries. For example, if exon A of length 7 is adjacent to and upstream of exon B, and A has a readingFrameStart position of 1, then the readingFrameStart position of exon B must be 3. The first codon would be composed of bases 1-3 of exon A; the second codon would be composed of bases 4-6 of exon A; and the third codon would be composed of bases 7 of exon A and 1-2 of exon B.
