The PharmGKB Variant Cross Reference Resource provides a downloadable file that represents the correspondences between PharmGKB variants and variants in the following databases:

  • Affymetrix 500K

  • ALFRED

This data is available via the PharmGKB Web Services. This data is also available for download via FTP as a gzip'ed tab-separated value file:
